How Do I Book?
You can book by either emailing or telephoning us on 01284 703356, and speak to one of our trained operators, who will be happy to answer any questions, advise on availability and take booking details.
What notice do I need to give you for a booking?
As much time as you can, to ensure you get the inflatable of your choice. Although last minute bookings are sometimes available.
What does the price include?
The price of delivery, set up, and collection. Safety mats and shower proof extension leads (up to 30M from the mains supply). For a full list, please see our price list.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit for orders under £80, orders over £80 require a 20% deposit (non – refundable)
What happens if it rains?
You have the option to re-book for another day with no cancellation fee for bookings under £80 ( Please note, the cancellation must be made before delivery).
How much does the inflatable cost me to run?
An average unit costs between 50p and £1 for a days use.
What about the day of delivery?
The adult that has booked the inflatable must be at the delivery address, and make sure the proposed site and access route be free from obstructions to enable a speedy delivery.
How much space do I need?
One of our telephone operators will advise you the size of the inflatable, and the space required. (These details will also be found on the inflatable pages of this website)
What ages can use the inflatables?
For insurance purposes, anyone over the age of 13 is classed as an adult, and will require an adult inflatable.
